Chandragiri hill at the height of 2,551 meters, situated on the south-western edge of Kathmandu valley, offers one of the best Panoramic view of the Himalayan mountain range and Kathmandu valley. The temperate evergreen forest here is home to a variety of birds and mammals. Along with the panoramic view of the Himalayas and refreshing forest air, this place is also home to the Bhaleshwor Mahadev temple; believed to possess wish-granting powers.
This weekend our photowalk was a full day trip to Chandragiri. Here are a few selected photographs taken by the participants of photowalk, followed by a short video shot during event.
