Pashupatinath, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Shiva. It was built in the 5th century and  later renovated by Malla kings. It is said to have existed from the beginning of the millennium when a Shiva lingam was discovered here.
Stretching on both sides of the Bagmati River, which is considered holy by Hindus, Pashupatinath is the largest temple complex in Nepal. This weekend our photowalk was at Pashupatinath.

During this photowalk we had a Nikon Z6 camera with Nikkon 24-70mm f/4 S from Nikon Experience Hub, as a showcase of filmmaking capabilities of the Nikon mirrorless systems.

Our discussion session covered the following topics:

  • Nikon mirrorless systems and its filmmaking capabilities
  • Nikon 80-400mm G lens
  • Upcoming photography trip (11-March-2021)

Here are a few selected photographs taken by the participants of photowalk, followed by a short video shot during event.

Read the Photowalk FAQs to know more about our photowalks and how to join.
