This Saturday’s photowalk to the Druk Amitabh Monastery (Seto Gumba) was a real surprise considering the weather. It had rained all night and the sky was cloudy, we were not sure whether it would be worthwhile to go all the way up just to be disappointed by the weather. While we were having some local Nepali style tea at our meeting point the sky did begin to show patches of blue and we decided to go on with our planned trip. The sun peeping from behind the clouds once in a while gave us some wonderful light to photograph. Here are a few shots from the trip:
