Yamuna Ban is a lush green forest to the south-east of Matatirtha temple. Its on the south western edge of Kathmandu valley from where fresh air from the south flows in, and therefore the air quality here is the best in the valley. An amazingly wide variety of flora and fauna, combined with the clean air, makes this place perfect for nature photographers.
